Express mail has an overnight delivery. orders must received by 9am PST to qualify for next day delivery. Insurance is available for an additional fee. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen, or delayed by usps.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment (usually within 24 hours). usps international first class mail packages should arrive in 1-2 weeks (varies by location). this is the most economical method of shipping but does not have tracking or insurance. this means that once i ship your package i have no further information about it's whereabouts. I recommend priority mail as there is tracking and limited insurance. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen or delayed by usps.

RETURNS Returns are accepted for store credit. All returns must be postmarked within 3 days of receipt. If you are unhappy with your purchase please email customer service at info@shopramonawest.com to request a return. Returns must be sent via usps priority mail with delivery confirmation for tracking. Please email the tracking number upon shipping your return to us. Since accurate measurements are provided, we ask that you do not return items that do not fit. Please check measurements carefully before ordering to ensure proper fit. All sale items are final sale.

NOTE ON VINTAGE CLOTHING Most of our stock is vintage (20+years old), with the exception of occasional contemporary designer pieces. Vintage clothing is often used and may show minor signs of wear. Any major flaws will be clearly listed in the description. We recommend washing or dry cleaning items before use.

FIT GUIDE Detailed measurements are taken of each garment. Please measure against a similar item in your wardrobe to ensure a proper fit. Lay garment perfectly flat. For bust, waist, and hips, double measurements.
